It is good news to all purchasers of The Berkeley that construction is progressing at a pleasing pace. With approximately 100 construction personnel on site working away with concrete slabs, pilings and formwork, the site is now really taking shape.
In detail, both the lower and upper basement carpark areas have had fitted lighting and sprinklers and plumbing work. The upper basement carpark area now includes concrete wall panels ready to divide off the apartment areas. The ground floor apartment areas are now structurally 50% complete with the balance of structure completed by the end of November. Once this has been done, plumbing and electrical work will follow.
We are on schedule to deliver by Christmas concrete structure to the second floor.
Notwithstanding inclement weather or other unforeseen sources of delays, our target completion dates of stage one by early November next year followed by stage 2 by early December seems quite achievable.
