AXF BERKELEY STREET PROGRESS REPORT

Progress has been slower than hoped due to excessive rainfall for this time of year along with the large number of holiday and industry wide rostered days off. However, the Project is still tracking well with stage 1 being 1 week behind schedule, which the builder believes will pick up with Stage 2 of the Project being right on schedule.

The following is a very brief summary of where we are at:
Stage 1 Level 1
• All slabs on ground and have been completed
• All formwork has been stripped
• Basement stormwater pumps are installed and working
• Electrical Cables and lighting installed.

Stages 1 & 2 Level 2
• Suspended slabs complete.
• Electrical Cables and lighting installed to car park area

Stages 1 & 2 Level 3
• Slabs complete
• Formwork stripped
• Services roughed in for 20%
• Pre cast panels 100% complete

Stages 1 & 2 Level 4
• Suspended slab poured
• Stripping of suspended slab is 80% complete
• Pre cast panels 100% complete

Stages 1 & 2 Level 5
• Level 5 slab is around 60% complete
• Pre cast panels 40% complete
