The Berkeley Stage 1

The Interiors to Stage 1 of the Project are mostly completed including the car parking. All essential services are operational within the Stage 1 portion of the building. The Exterior of Stage 1 still requires completion of the Landscaping and external promenade works. This has been interrupted by the Building Trades Christmas & New Year close down with the Builders starting back after the break on the 16th of January 2012. It is estimated that the above works will take until the end of January 2012.

The Berkeley Stage 2

Outstanding Works
The exterior of Stage 2 is nearing completion. The interiors of Stage 2 are well under way towards completion, with Practical Completion of Stage 2 estimated as being on or about the end of February 2012. Landscaping and promenade works are due to commence towards the end of January 2012 and be completed by the end of February 2012. Essential Services are in place for most of Stage 2. Elevators are on site and have been commissioned.
